    We are waiting for a mortgage offer from First Active. They did agreement in principle straight away for our adviser and they received all the paperwork on the 10th April. They have said that we should be able to expect offere end of next week! I hope they have everything they need as we cant afford to go back to the queue as we are buying a new build and have to exchange before 6th May. :eek:

    We are lucky in that us and the vendors are looking at completion in August so no rush.
