Went to Court today

Hi Everyone,
Firstly thanks for all your help.
Went to Court was scared out my wits all nights, but my partner came with me and all was fine.
They were really nice. A lady looked at my forms and took my money, all £495 of it, sob sob.
Then had to go to a waiting room (only there for 5mins) then got called in to see the district judge, he was really nice and said that he was going to sign my Bankruptcy Order (Yipee).
I went back downstairs and waited in a small room for about 10 mins and had a phone call to book a call with the OR, which is on 1st May, then I was free to go. I'm so releived it's done, just hoping the next bit goes as well.:j

:T Glad it went so well for you.
As long as your well prepared and truthful to the OR then i'm sure that will go well too. Not too long to wait for the interview.
:beer:The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter
