ive got spinach and ricotta tortelloni... now what :D

i got it yesterday in the reduced bit, from 1.98 to 54p :D
but what do i put with it? i dont just serve this on a plate do i?
i dont eat this type of food so i honestly have no idea:o

    cokk it as per instructions then add to a tomato pasta sauce but just enough to coat not so that its swimming then serve with salad and a glass of cold white wine yummy if you ask me :D

    At its simplest, spinach and ricotta tortelloni can be eaten with the following:

    Butter, freshly grated parmesan, sprinkle of freshly milled black pepper.

    If you want to add a certain degree of sophistication to this simple dish, you can sautee a few slivers of garlic and a few chopped sage leaves in butter, dress the pasta with this mix and cover with freshly grated parmesan.

    i either just grate some parmesan over it....
    or
    put it in an ovenproof dish, top with half a tin of chopped tomatoes, grated cheese, then bung under the grill until cheese is bubbling
