Personal loan overcarged
Hi 4 years aga I was in a financial pickle and at my witts end, having our joint account with the hsbc and a joint loan we where unable to meet our monthly demands, I got myself all worked up with worry and on phoning my branch fell apart and told the girl I was at the end of my tether....... she came up with the idea she could get me a bigger personal loan to pay off my debts, I was working part time then, as I was desperate i agreed and borrowed 25000 from them, over 96 months I am paying £457 per month, as I am now slightly more coherantI feel I have been taken advantage of and realise I will be repaying £43872!!!! surely almost 100% is an outrages amount to be payng for this.....

I am now unemployed, husband is on a lower wage(after redundancy) and we are about to come off a very good fixed rate with Norhern Rock, and as we where earning a much larger salary when we took out the mortgage, we cannot move else where, so stuck with a increase of £580 per month!0
