hi this is my first post and need help.i have been bankrupt since 20/jan/2008 .the o/r has sent letters to all my debters i have just returned my income and outgoings to o/r..and was -£28 .how long is the usual bankrupty? and will i have to send another batch of wage slips every so often if so how often
please help and thank you

Hi. There is a bankruptcy thread I would suggest that you post in there as there are some very clever people who will be able to answer this.
