    I appreciate the time you have spent completing this work. However, I am not sure what all the axes on the graphs are actually representing. I assume that the horizontal axes is representing the weeks. But I am still not sure what the vertical axes are showing us.

    horizontal is the week

    vertical is a simple number

    in the 'houses on the market one' it's the total number of properties available in the area being tracked

    in the reductions one it's the number of reductions in a week.

    the pie charts are tracking changes in a month (ie 4% stc means 4% of properties in the area had their status changed to STC during that month, not that 4% of the total property is in STC status)


    as stated, these are really just graphical versions of the data already contained in the weekly thread.
