FA Cup Final tickets Terms and Conditions

1. The prize is a pair of tickets to The 2008 FA Cup Final Sponsored by E.ON for the winner.
2. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.
3. If the prize is not available we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of similar face value.
4. It is compulsory that the winner signs a Disclaimer form on receipt of tickets.
5. The winner of the prize will be drawn at random from all entrants who have placed a carbon pledge on the carbonfootyprint.com website
6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and by entering agree to enter into such promotional activity as we may reasonably require. We will not disclose your personal data other than your name in such promotion.
7. We reserve the right not to award any prize if foul play is suspected.
8. The draw of the prize will be made on 18 April and the winner will be contacted by telephone (and email) within 3 days. No other correspondence will be entered into.
9. Incomplete applications will be refused.
10. The judges' decision is final and is not open to negotiation.
11. E.ON employees involved in the administration of the promotion and their families cannot win the prize.
12. The promoter is E.ON UK plc.
