debt free wanna be but need loan

hi all, i need a loan for £1000 to pay all my debts off, so i just have 1 payment goin out a month. But i have bad credit and 2 defaults. i would be paying the defaulted accounts off. I dont think a bank would give me a loan. Ive just started work and get tax credits. Can any1 advise me on who might give me the loan for this amount?

I'd be very surprised if anyone would in the present credit climate.

Your best bet will be to contact one of the debt-support charities, such as CCCS, Payplan or CAB and sort out a plan for paying them.

Why not post an SOA (See MSE Andrea's post for newbies) and we'll see if we can help you find enough to clear off your debts?
