    I've not put myself on the roll of honour yet, I'll probibly do it in a couple of months, I just want to make sure I can maintain, a bit like being on a diet.
    How I did it, first I had to break the habit of spending, the spending diary didn't work for me so instead I stopped using the bank card and instead only carried cash, and a small amount at that. Took packed lunches every day which stopped me breaking into notes, which ment there was no change to dwindle away. Once your used to not spending its a lot easier than you'd think.
