I've not put myself on the roll of honour yet, I'll probibly do it in a couple of months, I just want to make sure I can maintain, a bit like being on a diet.
How I did it, first I had to break the habit of spending, the spending diary didn't work for me so instead I stopped using the bank card and instead only carried cash, and a small amount at that. Took packed lunches every day which stopped me breaking into notes, which ment there was no change to dwindle away.
