Conected banks

Hi,
I am in the process of applying for an IVA and have been advised to open a new bank account totally unconnected to any of my creditors.
I am looking at either HSBC or Natwest.
Does anyone know uf these are connected to :
MBNA
Halifax
Black Horse
Capital One
Tesco

Tesco Personal Finance is provided by RBS.
MBNA are at least part controlled by Bank of America.
Halifax/Bank of Scotland.
Black Horse - I've never heard of.... from their website it looks like Lloyds TSB.
I think since Natwest are owned by RBS that only leaves you with HSBC as an option.0 -
