    lol tell me where in scotland plssss as i live here and suffer dreadfully from hayfever.

    Now the only time i got rid of the symptoms was when i went abroad on hols so maybe i should emigrate :T

    I think if you live by the sea it helps ease your hay fever, all that sea air.

    I never got hay fever until I was 25 and my DS got it when he was about 6/7. I find that if I put vaseline round my nostrils this eases my symptoms slightly.

  • I think its best to pay your GP a visit. My boyfriend gets it really bad and nothing we have tried from the shops works....and believes me we have tried many. A couplre of years ago he went to doctors and they prescribed him some stronger strenght stuff and that reslly helps.

    I developed hay fever when I lived beside the sea but it faded to almost nothing when I moved to a city centre (no gardens!) and started again when I moved to a sub-urban area.
    If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!

    if you can get it , try locally produced honey which hopefully will be made up of the pollens that are causing h/f
