hobnobs chocolate concrete and fairy cakes

please can some one tell me if it is ok to freeze home made hobnobs,chocolate concrete and fairy cakes.have been really good today and done some baking.but we will never eat it all so hoping it can be frozen many thanks

    The hobnobs should be ok to freeze - I've frozen flapjacks before now. They shouldn't take long to thaw out either. The fairy cakes as angie says, will freeze perfectly. As for chocolate concrete - I'm intrigued. What is it? :confused:

    chocolate concrete is a recipe i got of the school dinners posts it is like a chewy chocolate biscultChocolate crunch Quantity 10
    8 oz margarine, 11oz flour, 8oz sugar, 1 1/2 oz cocoa, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. Oven temp 325oF, 170oC or Gas No.3.
    1. Melt margarine in saucepan. Add vanilla essence. 2. Mix all dry ingredients in mixer bowl, add margaine. 3. Mix well. Divide between greased tins and spread evenly. 4. Make a pattern with a fork. Brush with water and spinkle with sugar. 5. Bake in a slow oven for about 40 minutes. 6. Portion whilst warm and cool on a wire tray.

    Sounds yummy. Something else for me to try. Going to cut and paste it onto Wordperfect now to print off later :D I don't see why it shouldn't freeze well.

    but which flour? plain or self raising?
