Fairy cakes freeze fantastically, but I shall leave the other things on your list (concrete
) to other experts....

The hobnobs should be ok to freeze - I've frozen flapjacks before now. They shouldn't take long to thaw out either. The fairy cakes as angie says, will freeze perfectly. As for chocolate concrete - I'm intrigued. What is it?0

Sounds yummy. Something else for me to try. Going to cut and paste it onto Wordperfect now to print off later
I don't see why it shouldn't freeze well.
