Hi I just did mine. It advised that there was a minute wait but as soon as the message ended a nice bloke answered. Mentioned the 3 issues for a pound but quite happy when I declined. Also asked what other BBc publications i've read and said Good Food (hope it is a BBC publication):D

Yes, I was originally told that average waiting times were 1 minute. Then after about 1 1/2 mins I was told they were too busy and cut off.
