today the woman had to go ask supervisors about the thing lol, then reluctantly gave me one, and she questioned me so where did you hear about this before she even went off lol...

    you say
Quaker porridge oats sachet lyles golden syrup flavour.
    Lo salt sachets
    Alpro soya Chocolate flavour shake.
Carex antibacterial hand gel trial sachet and 25p off voucher.
Ricola original swiss herb drops packet 13 herbs!
Natural pomegranate flavoured spring water - helps to lower blood pressure 500ml
Sample of Carolino red palm and canola oil 100 ml leaflet with recipes.
50 extra club card points voucher on cravendale half pint multipack.

I say no spring water :-(
and my herb drops only had 10 in the pack lol...
and what quaker think is a sachet size... it makes a smidgle of porridge in my bowl.. but its free so its okay.
    Thanks

Its a shame as the spring water was actually quite good.
There is no email always, I just notice if they have the boxes in at the pharmacy or see it on here.
Sometimes if I pick one up they will tell me when the next is in as well. As already reported by Skippy2ROO there will be a hayfever one out next.
I got this last year and it was a really good one, so looking forward to that. :J

Have just been to Tesco, Chester and asked at pharmacy about goody bag - a real grouch told me I would have to spend £3.45 to get a goody bag and when I tried very nicely to ask why he just turned and walked away from me. Has anyone else had trouble getting a goody bag? Is there anything else I can do?:confused::confused:

I am usually told that to "qualify" for a free bag I would need to have a Tesco's health check costing £10. That is the answer I get in both Tesco's I visit. I am sure the manufacturers donating these products would be annoyed that Tesco's are trying to make money out of their free samples. I have tried the email trick but it only worked once. I think the old *** knew I was lying. I might ask for one this weekend and say I had a check up at the doctors the other day so don't need another yet but may I still have a free bag please. It amuses me to see them scurrying off and discussing amongst themselves how to refuse me.

I have never had to buy anything to get one. It is a free bag that is the whole idea. Then people might buy what is being given away. I think they are being naughty!

I've usually found the grouch gives them out more than the ladies that are there. Was in there earlier saw him and wondered whether to ask for one but didn't bother. They often pretend they don't know what you mean. They told me on numerous occassions they didn't have any for there only to be a pile on the floor behind the counter. I'm getting pretty fed up of Tesco with there changing by the minute policy on moc you can't even use a coupon on a item you've bought if it doesn't scan straight away H/O rule apparently funny how it differs so much by store/by supervisor/by minute even. I wonder whether the staff have any training they all seem pretty scared of flouting the present moc rule. Anyway rant over.
Advise just try again you'll get a different excuse next time guaranteed.
