CAN ANYONE TELL ME I
HOW LONG A HALIFAX FAST TRACK MORTGAGE TAKES I HAVE BEEN WAITING A WEEK FOR THE SURVEY TO BE CARRIED OUT TODAY ,
I HAVE HAD THE OFFER ACCEPTED ON THE HOUSE OVER 5 WEEKS AGO,

Have you spoken to Halifax to chase them or chased the valuation company?
If may be that they haven't managed to gain access yet.

Halifax are one of the lenders I advise clients to steer clear of as the service is all too often very poor, with long call queues and so on.
How long? Impossible to say.0 -
I managed to get 5% knocked of the asking price, but putting a deposit of 25%, if the houses were to fall by 25%, it may leave me in negative equity0
