Debate House Prices
In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non MoneySaving matters are no longer permitted. This includes wider debates about general house prices, the economy and politics. With another one and a half million due to join the dole and unable to afford their mortgages, prices can only go one way for the next two years at least.

The government haven`t got a clue what to do next.
Anything as bad as this, has never happened before.
Property prices rose for the past eight years, there`s no reason they can`t fall for eight years.
There will be one or two false dawns but the trend is all the way down for the next year or two.0 -
I,ve come to the conclusion that sadly there are quite a few people who are very rude on forums generally, wheras if they were talking face to face, they would probably be totally different.
I don't see why everyone can't have differing opinions, and for that to be accepted without words turning rude and nasty.
Thanks for the reminder.0 -
I lose it many a time on here and that is only because I get frustrated with the duff blinded advice people give. Does my nut.0

Im quite new to the forum, I only found it by accident, so far ive found that the majority of the people are very nice & genuinely want to help people. On the otherhand ive also noticed that some people are very spiteful, almost to the degree of bullying & its always the same names cropping up.
I did used to get very upset & take it personally but now I just try to ignore it & if I see it happening to someone else I always tell that person to do the same.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Awful idea, everything in here will just spill over into the house buying board and what was a useful forum will end up trashed.

There was a polite thread discussing the new rules. Whether yellow cards were now being applied e.t.c. e.t.c. which was moved to site feedback and then deleted. Why?
I have created a thread titled 'site feedback being deleted' on the site feedback board. Here:-

There's no "need" for a lot of things but it doesn't stop them being immensely enjoyable.0 -
