Hi first post here in need of some serious help, i have been reading through posts and realize i need a SOA, but my question is how do i include lots of my debts that i cant afford to pay and have not payed for years in my SOA. I have to tackle my debts for the sake of my family but don't know how or what to do. Any and all help is very much appreciated.

I'd say just put everything down and if you've not been paying the debts for years just put the details of what company they're with and how much the debt is and then put a £0 by it for now
There'll be loads of people who can help out I guarantee it so try not to panic too much

The longer you leave it the worse it gets. I am a real newbie to this and have been avoiding it too long. Had I have realised earlier it could have saved me some serious amounts. You'll be amazed what a release it is. I cant tell my other half about this it would kill her with worry. Using this site has given me ideas and something to aim for. In three weeks I have managed to reduce monthly costs by £300. I am tackling mortgage company about rate tomorrow. Theirs loads of brilliant ideas.
You are not alone and I guarantee if you look through other posts you will see lots of people worse than you. I was in a mess in my head then when I look at what others have I realise its not that bad.
If you continue it will get worse.
Good luck. Tell everyone all of it, warts and all, and they will help you. No one will know who you are or judge you.0
