leftover chicken soup?

At the weekend I got a free range chicken reduced so snapped it up. It wasn't huge, and DH has the biggest appetite ever!

I managed to save some meat and made a stock with the carcass. We had a really tasty chicken and rice soup yesterday and there was a bit left over - about a portion.

However, now it has sat in the fridge the rice has soaked up what stock there was in the bowl and it isn't soup anymore!!!

What can I do with this - it would be a shame to waste it :D
