Hi l challenged my banding as l know that at least 70% of houses in my road are a C band, l am a D band/ There are 2 styles of houses but both styles are in C band. My appeal was rejected because they say the interior square footage of each house is different. I diagree as l have visited many of these houses and found the areas are the same. I had a valuation done in May 1993 ordered by a judge for divorce purposes, the valuation was £61000.00. They say l cannot appeal any more. Any advise on this please.
