NSD for me is not spending any cash or anything on my debit card personally, I don't include direct debits.0

when I spend no actual money other than DD's coming out of my account for bills.
If my freezer is full, I can do a fair few in a row (8 or 9) but then I get so frustrated I have a bit of a mad burst and undo all the good of all the NSD's!!!

For me a nsd is when I dont spend any money I pledge on the weekly challenge. My bills/direct debits come from a seperate account anyways. Once that money is moved into the bills account I class that spent anyways
