Copy of loan repayments

Can i request a copy of my loan repayment history?
For info:
Debts with Lloydstsb - Overdraft (old bank acc, no longer use it), loan and a credit card.
I successfully got back charges incured on my old bank acc, while the DMP was being set up, the credit card team have stopped all interest/charges.
But i noticed when logging into my old bank acc that a payment for my loan has been taken out of the old overdraft and also noticed it still has payment protection. I clearly asked for this to be cancelled when setting up my DMP and i remember being told no.
So can i some how get a copy of my loan repayments, charges added on it and the interest etc as i can see the balance has gone up, but unlike online banking you cant access the details of a loan.
Any ideas???
