Lets just make this easy for you
1 - you cant do it as you have no deposit
2 - you shouldnt do it because its the wrong time to get into the BTL market unless you are a builder or an experienced landlord who has found a bargain
3 - you are a 20 year old kid with no intention of entering the BTL market.
