HSBC wil be swamped with business - service issue?

It's obvious the HSBC Rate Match service will be very popular so I thought it worth pre - warning people to get in early as I forsee high demand putting a big strain on the system.
As a business customer of HSBC I'm satisfied, but have noticed thier staff are only able to cope when things are straight forward.
So, get those applications in early and try and head - off potential problems before they arise. Dont for example assume they comprehend your income affairs just because they dont mention any issues at application stage.
Good luck to all:eek:

I have a few friends at HSBC - there are already service issues even before the RateMatcher deal (two weeks behind at present). There is no confidence that there are sufficient staff for this offer so absolutely agree with the above.
Count on your application probably not even being opened for 2-3 weeks let alone underwritten.0 -
The only consolation being that there are so many conditions and caveats to the offer that not many people will qualify anyway.0

Now, how long will it be until we get a thread on here declaring the HSBC service disaster?
I give it 2 weeks0 -
HSBC are crap they turn most away and have only done this for publicity as the terms are so restrictive.0
