Just recieved are vouchers and we have 3000 points missing ,not at all happy, tesco were no help whats so ever still misiing 1000 points for are next statement ,we wont be shopping at tescos any more if they dont deal with this and cancelling mob phones and home phone ,any1 else had problems

If you are missing 3000 points from tesco.com "1000 extra points when you spend £75+" then it is because they take some time to get added to your Clubcard statement - 6 months it appears.

are = our ?

Running off in a huff is unlikely to worry Mr Tesco too much, far better to get even....

Keep all your tesco receipts filed

month by month

then ensure they tally up with what the clubcard statement says

at least if they dont tally up you have the proof to go back to them

Thanks for the reminder, I had also forgotten that they have not added my extra points for the wine order from the Good Food club. Also not had the extra points added from the ink cartridges thing as well.

Plus the extra points vouchers they sent were not as good as usual. I had 500 points for buying a computer game (£32) - I've only bought one game this quater as a present, extra points if I spend £6 on make up - never buy make up from Tesco, extra points for buying bady stuff - only bought one lot of pampers for a friend this quater, also extra points for buying Whiskas pouches - months since I bought pouches and only when they were on special offer. So to use all of these, for £9.75 in points, I have to spend nearly £50 on items I never usually buy

all is in store shopping ,all they said was we will send you your recipts of what has been spent ,its the attitude oon the phone we have our on line points totalling seperatley

I rang Tesco because I didn't get the 1000 extra points for ordering £50 worth of wine. They told me they will appear on the November mailing and checked the computer to make sure they were there.

I rang Tescos clubcard to double check my beef points had gone on and he suggested that I ring back in October before the next statement is due and customer services will print of a statement of all transactions and post it to me. He said then if you can check it against your transactions at home. He was very helpful and I will be doing this as I have bought £££'s of beef!

I got confused because I received two different statements from Clubcard. When I received the first lot there were points missing from all sorts of shopping I had done, but when I phoned it was because my Tesco credit card had produced its own clubcard statement, for some reason, and had not been added onto my original clubcard number. Customer services changed the cards over so they are now producing points for the same card, but I will have to wait til November to get the points together.
