Thank you everyone for your support, it really helped to lift my spirits
Yes, I've told my OH exactly what the situation is now, he's glad to know!
I've actually told the neighbours whose garden joins ours too, as they are often in the garden (just incase they try climbing the fence) & they are only too happy to keep an eye out & do a bit of stalling for me if anyone tries it(they are going to demand to see id etc just to give me time in case my back door or windows are open - with a dog & a 5 year old boy it sometimes happens!)
Luckily they are good friends & the guy is HUGE :rotfl:
I will def check out the links posted too :T , I'm getting as much info as possible & have re-written my letters several times now as new info comes up. Come Tuesday I am going into the council parking services office with their letter & will ask for a reciept for it. I will also be sending the bailiff company a letter recorded delivery on Tuesday.
On a brighter note, no-one has turned up so far this weekend (touching wood furiously!) me & OH have signed logbook for his car & that will also go off on Tiesday & I am feeling a little brighter now
Thanks Again.xxx0 -

Sounds like good news so far, well done. Don't get upset if you do have a few setbacks on the way - you now have much better control over the situation, and it's most often our feelings of having no control that not only make these things feel worse, but also magnify their significance in our own heads.
I always find that if I'm in the s**t, it always helps, on a cloudless night, to spend a few minutes outside at night time looking at the stars - apart from the possibility you'll actually see a shooting star (loads around, most times we don't see them because we're not looking) - helps me put things in perspective. Yes, yes - I know it sounds daft - but that's what works for me!
Good luck on Tuesday!!!!0
