Mortgage deatils wrong!!

Hi, we are currently remortgaging we are in a good postion with big deposit and good credit. We have had a offer from Nationwide our current provider due to being portman customer.
The offer is 5.82 but we will have to have two mortgages due to the extra money for house improvements, We really don't want to have two mortgages and the fact that they can't guarantee the same rate on the extra.
So we have applied for the woolwich at 5.29 FOR three yrs which we have all the paperwork. The thing is my husband did the ap over the phone and has got some details wrong!!
My husband has put the wrong date for my birthday he has put my daughters instead of mine, Our birthdays are a week apart so he gets confused!
Also he has put the wrong day for the day we got married.
Also he has put a thousand pound less on our mortgage.
So will the woolwich be ok with the changes or will we have to start again and lose the rate due to the woolwich putting up there rates??

Hi i would act quick as i am in the same position - 2 mortgages not running concurrent with nationwide - have organised over the phone with woolwich 5.29% fixed, but my guy said there was a week overlap who i spoke to - plus you have to get your id certified by barclays bank, i have sent mine back, fingers crossed. if i was you i would phone them today, mention your date of birth & ask about your id good luck x....YOU LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY

Hi, thank you for your replies. I have spoken to the woolwich and the dates are fine but i can't change the amount or we will have to reaply at the new rate. I have just been advised that the paperwork has to be in by wed the latest to keep the rate!!! Hubbie is away on business and not sure what time he will be home tom, i can do all paperwork and take it into barclays tomorrow but i am not sure if he will be home before last post to sign papers!!!0
