Shared Ownership Remortgage/Add Borrowing?

<DIV id=message>Hi, I am looking for some advice on shared ownership remortgage. Our 2yr fix ended 3rd April and in two years we have reduced our mortgage by £35k (inheritance and repayments on a 2yr fix @ 4.69%). We just had the property valued, purely out of interest and the full 100% value has increased by £5,500.00 (we knew it was ‘overpriced’ to start with – a grade II listed conversion).
