debt at my address - its not mine

Hi
Opened my mail today and found a letter addressed to another lady at my address. She owes 3k, and Lloyds have passed to a debt collection agency Lowell portfolio who have appointed mackenzie hall to recover the outstanding balance.
Phoned them and they said not to worry as they have updated their records. what more do I need to do? Am worried 1 the heavies will take my nintendo wii and 2, the impact upon my credit file.
Also, I phoned Lloyds about a year ago when they wrote a letter chasing this money, and explained and they said they would update and not contact me again.............

thanks

(for the record have 60k of my own unsecured debt I am trying to sort, dont need anyone elses!)

If any letters arrived at your address in someone elses name write 'not at this address' on the envelope and stick them back in the post box. Noone can take anything from you for debt that's not yours even if they do send bailiffs round so please don't worry.

It would be an idea to check your credit file in case... but if anyone credit checks you they check you as a person not your address. There's no such thing as a 'credit blacklist' and mainly creditors just check to see that you are on the electoral roll at your address.
