Hi all - having a chillin Sunday? Just been looking at the Natwest One account - looks ideal, but is it too good to be true? What are the drawbacks?

Not a drawback as`such but you do need very strict financial discipline over many years to make the One Account figures work.0

Hmmm - I've been looking into it a bit further, and it seems also that the rates are not the best - I guess overpaying a traditional mortgage would be better....?0
