For my last mortgage a few years ago I had to give full certified statements in (done and stamped at the bank) although my deposit was less, had recently started to be self employed so was more of a risk etc.
When I've been looking elsewhere more recently one said internet statements were fine so maybe down to the lender. Hopefully when you print from online it still shows the URL at the bottom of the printed page like http://secure.lloydstsb... or whatever which I think should be adequate given that TSB don't even send me a paper statement anymore!
Maybe get an electronic copy over to your broker anyway, and if that isn't enough at least you haven't delayed things etc. With all the paper opt outs you'd hope more places would accept online scans/prints0 -
Anybody else?0

Yes- well it was for me.
I don't keep any statements- hate paper! I just d/loaded, printed off and sent them through. After all, they're usually just looking to see that you've made the last few mortgage payments.

Thanks guys - sounds like it won't be a problem then!0

It does depend on the lender.
It may be worth ordering a copy for that particular month from your bank, if you are in a rush to get a mortgage offer, but it may cost you £10 or so to get it.0 -
ditto speak to the lender, they all differ as to what is acceptable.if you have to pay for acopy statement then so be it.0

Some lenders are ok some are not. If it has your name and address on it most will be ok, if not then most will not be ok.

Last time I remortgaged I needed originals - Woolwich.
Just remortgaging now not bothered taking chances on printouts, just ordered 3 months worth from NatWest for a fiver. They take a week to come. Expecting them today or tomorrow so I can get my application in the post.0
