Hi All
Bit down in the dumps today - I went to my parents yesterday to collect some of my daughters baby clothes/shawls they were storing for me and found they've had a mouse problem and most of the stuff has been ruined by smell and some stainage of mouse urine.
I know it's a long shot - but these things have a massive sentimental value - my mum made a lot of the cardigans and the baby-gro's remind me of happier times.
Anyone have any ideas about how to get rid of this problem?
So far I've done a 60 degree non-bio wash and a 35 degree non bio wash.
still not convinced though

I seem to remember that you need a bio powder to breakdown urine smells... I'll have a search on here & see what I can find for ya
Edit - this thread http://http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=701709&highlight=urine has some usefull tips
HTH!I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0 -
Well I decided to put the whole lot on another wash cycle (don't want to think about the amount of electric used so far  )
I put in bicarb+vinegar and about 5 tbsp of Stardrops on a 95 degree cycle - if it doesn't damage everything - fingers crossed it'll get it out.
The way I look at it - they're going to be binned if I can't sort it out - so this way at least I tried
damn rodents! :mad:0
