Its on 2 websites with an identical pricing, so im not sure it is a misprice. if i hadnt bought a bigpockets special a couple of weeks ago, i'd be havin at least one of these. Nice spot OP, lets hope it all works out.

Asda Electricals, Millers and QED are all the same website (run by QED/Millers) with different skins, that's why it actually appears at the same price on THREE websites!
