Hi everyone I need some help I have nearly been talked into having an IVA but have not been convinced this is the right path for me and having read Martins pages I now know its definately not!! I have borrowed some money to pay off my credit cards from a family member interest free to get me straight but what I would like to know as I have limited money can I negotiate a settlement figure with my creditors myself and are the forms available to do this.
Help much appreciated.
