Your house sounds exactly the same as mine! 7 days a week they are in aggghhh. At the minute i only have 2 of the kids friends in but quite often it's at least half a dozen with the rest of the kiddies in my garden on the trampoline. Don't they have homes?

Yes, I add them to meatballs. I do mince, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, dried herbs and garlic.
I whizz up stale bread and stick it in tubs in the freezer.

For the meringue - if you're doing a pavlova, let it cool completely in the oven before you take it out.
Cover any cracks with oodles of double cream Use any broken off bits in Eton Mess (yum!) "Stay Wonky":D
