Any feedback on whether this is being honoured? The voucher says it's valid until 31st Jan 09. But I took one in to the O'Neills in Liverpool the other day and they refused to honour it. They just said they weren't doing it. Are people having the same response elsewhere?

Had the same response when i went in the Liverpool one too. I pointed out to the barmaid that it says Jan 09 but she then said yes but it also says Managers discretion. I think its a disgrace that they put an offer on and start back tracking on the offer. It puts O'Neills in a very bad light and will actually turn custom away

hi. its worth writing a lette rto their head office stating how dissaopointed you have been and how it ruined you day out etc....


Stuff like this happens to me and my chick all the time.

As far as we are concerned, we pay good money and want the wuality service etc... that we have paid for. Many times we are not happy and she (the chick!) writes off to head office and we always get loads of vouchers for 2 or 3 course meals and rounds of drinks etc...... even for hotels we stay at... if everything is not 100% we mention this in our letter and get sorted.

Ideally everyone pays good hard earnt money and should get what they pay for.... pukka customer service, good product knowledge and maybe a please and thanks you once in a while as its not really spoken these days!!!!

Anywayz... soz to bore ya all..... but if ur not happy... even just a little bit... please write a letter to the headies and its maybe worth mentioning that you didnt kick up a fuss at the time coz you were out with partner/collegues etc.... or watever
