never-in-doubt wrote: »Maybe you miss the point that your morals mean nothing compared to the law. In that you call them chavs and declare they want everything now without wanting to pay back the money but you fail to mention the fact that as long as the banks have cut corners then these chavs that want everything now without paying are doing nothing wrong.
Your morals are just that, yours. The mods will do nothing because believe it or not, unenforceability is a right unlike us having to listen to your self richeous morals which out of interest, if you do not even know what you are on about, then maybe take my advice to shut up or learn the facts before spouting your self-beliefs at us.
I am, as you have no doubt guessed, 100% behind unenforceability. The fact that the lenders have screwed us for far too long and now justice is being done on a large scale - all within the law - makes me soooo happy
Oh and lesson 2 learn some history and so many laws were in fact derive from a moral stance
Already done this for the exact reasons you mentioned: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1868507
It doesn't take a high level of inteligance to know that when you borrow money your gonna have to pay interest.Do you think you deserve pity because you had a debt to pay.Ive had loans, I knew the interest rate ,ive had overdrafts and gone over them in the past and I know I would be charge for it.Thats the deal you make when you get a loan from a bank/building Society..CHAVS ? yes a large percentage are, they all want it now, can't be bothered to save up for anything .
Sorry to say your attitude is typical of todays broken Britain..
" Lenders have screwed us for too long" , have to educate you, theres a flip side borrowers screwing building societies NOT paying back their debts....works both ways..I don't like banks because they have caused a great deal of the problems we now have, but you also have to blame the f eckless borrowers too... they are ALL to blame . END OF:rolleyes: If we had your atitude of "F*ck em all" then we really are in trouble...LESSON : learn your history , so many laws have be made that derive from morals...0 -

Where did I ever say otherwise?leveller2911 wrote: »Do you think you deserve pity because you had a debt to pay.
Me? I'm not in debt and have never been in debt in my life thank you very much! Maybe you're confusing me..leveller2911 wrote: »Ive had loans, I knew the interest rate ,ive had overdrafts and gone over them in the past and I know I would be charge for it.Thats the deal you make when you get a loan from a bank/building Society..
No it is not 'the deal you make' at all. It the agreement is not lawful and contains errors or misses improtant regulatory information then nothing should be repaid and as such unenforceability was born(thank god!)
leveller2911 wrote: »CHAVS ? yes a large percentage are, they all want it now, can't be bothered to save up for anything .
Think you'll find most are on benefits NOT getting loans and so what if they were? It does not affect you or your credit.leveller2911 wrote: »Sorry to say your attitude is typical of todays broken Britain..
My attitude is fight for cosumers rights after the banks have mis-sold and gotten rich from our demise and it still continues - it makes my blood boil and goddam right i'll fight it! :mad:leveller2911 wrote: »" Lenders have screwed us for too long" , have to educate you, theres a flip side borrowers screwing building societies NOT paying back their debts....works both ways..I don't like banks because they have caused a great deal of the problems we now have, but you also have to blame the f eckless borrowers too... they are ALL to blame . The above makes little sense but suffice to say it is only your opinion and not the facts which i'm pleased about. My attitude does not say fuk em all, as you so elequently put it, more a case of fuk em when they try and milk us dry hiding behind an unlawful document (if they can even find it)....
This has been a blessing in disguise and will wake the lenders and the consumers up to realise that things are changing and this will not happen again in the future.2010 - year of the troll

Hmm your signature seems to show otherwise with your card balance?
try reading back - go on, theres a good boy...... I have the funds in my bank and paid for a holiday with 0% for 15mths and will stooze the cash. Oh how funny it is to be preached to :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Stoozing is not debt, unless you know something I do not of course (highly unlikely though)....
I am not in debt and little digs may make you feel better but jog on and do it to others that give a damn!2010 - year of the troll

Never -in-doubt what is the story with your signature then?
HSBC card -limit £3,000- Balance £0,000 , Citi Gold Card -limit £4,000, Balance £4,000, BOI gold card -limit £1,000 - Balance £0 etc etc etc
Is it "bling " to you??? Why have so many Credit cards? you only need 1 thats all no more and only need that for the extra insurance a visa gives.
Looking through your posts and threads you seem very very very bitter indeed, take some advice "Get a life"...............You only live once ..
As you "stooze" cash , go on holiday with 0% for 15 months what would happen if you had an accident??? if you do have insurance on the card then thats not 0% your getting.............Why NOT just save up for a holiday, you know just like we use too..........
You may NOT be in debt now (honestly pleased for you if that is the case) BUT i'd bet a £ to a pinch of pig !!!!!! you have been in serious trouble in the past, but hey why be honest about it,its the world wide web after all..........Fantasy.......0 -

In what respect?leveller2911 wrote: »HSBC card -limit £3,000- Balance £0,000 , Citi Gold Card -limit £4,000, Balance £4,000, BOI gold card -limit £1,000 - Balance £0
4 cards - all low(ish) limits is that bad? Think again! Its also less than 10% of my salary which is great. Me thinks you need to learn about the credit industry....leveller2911 wrote: »Is it "bling " to you??? No. You need 2. It is always best to carry two cards and many on here will support that fact! Also 4 cards is not bad, certainly not when I can afford it and it is such a small percentage of debt/salary!leveller2911 wrote: »Looking through your posts and threads you seem very very very bitter indeed, take some advice "Get a life"...............You only live once ..
I help people deal with the scum that ruined our economy - how is that sad? Put it this way it is better than what you do cos if I help one person then that is one person better off.leveller2911 wrote: »As you "stooze" cash , go on holiday with 0% for 15 months what would happen if you had an accident???
Insurance my dear watson and any balance would come from my estate! Do I have to teach you everythingleveller2911 wrote: »if you do have insurance on the card then thats not 0% your getting.............Why NOT just save up for a holiday, you know just like we use too..........
Eh? this makes no sense. I have over £plenty in the bank and earn plenty annually so why would I bother about £3.2k on a card? The fact is I will make some money from not using savings - learn the art of stoozing before preaching to me!leveller2911 wrote: »You may NOT be in debt now (honestly pleased for you if that is the case) BUT i'd bet a £ to a pinch of pig !!!!!! you have been in serious trouble in the past, but hey why be honest about it,its the world wide web after all..........Fantasy.......
LOL, whatever. I don't need to prove anything and have no intentions of doing so but I have not been in debt before, oh yea sorry I was as a student like 20 years ago or so but ermmmmm, nope. Sorry. Not me. :wall:2010 - year of the troll

You Harp on about "fighting the scum who have ruined our economy"
You need to learn about finance ,its not just the lenders who did it,its also the government for not regulating the banks and also the half witted idiots who borrowed beyond their means, so why single out the banks? Are you making them your lifes mission too?
"4 credits cards isn't bad"?? think your kidding yourself there , credit is borrowed money, it isnt yours and if you earn so much then why didn't you save the money for it?, (interest rates are sh1te at present) you seem to have poor financial managment skills. So why "is it always best to carry two credit cards", when you b1tch on about "unenforcability" , how banks are the satanist and yet you have 4 credit cards, you def have issues in your life...
Most Normal people wouldnt even have a credit card if they,d had trouble with them, are you a masochist then???. What did we all do before credit cards were introduced NID??? yep thats right we saved up to buy things.
The money you earn "stoozing" NID is peanuts compared to the risk if your circumstances change, and if you have insurance against that then your earning £0 because its not free...Your no more inteligent than the thousands who have done it before and the vast majority have failed...The RISK is far to high for the pittance of return your getting from "stoozing" ..You name me 1, just 1 respected finance professor who agrees with you ????? RISK V REWARD doesnt add up, its a dangerous game and sooner or later the birds come home to roost...enough said me thinks...keep taking the little blue pills ..0 -
leveller2911 wrote: »You Harp on about "fighting the scum who have ruined our economy"

Don't think I do thank you very much....leveller2911 wrote: »Its not just the lenders who did it,its also the government for not regulating the banks
Bloody hell, the banks aren't regulated! Arghhhhh - thats news to me.leveller2911 wrote: »and also the half witted idiots who borrowed beyond their means,
Ahh, you mean like the 'idiots' that were pulled in by Northern Rock who then offered to lend them 125% LTV - you mean those idiots or the lender for doing it? Let me think about that.....leveller2911 wrote: »so why single out the banks? Are you making them your lifes mission too?
Why are you protecting them, you know each time they give a [STRIKE]w a n k e r[/STRIKE] banker a £250k bonus, you'll pay around 70p for the priviledge. Nice eh, like the Halifax 'giving that little extra help' :rotfl:leveller2911 wrote: »"4 credits cards isn't bad"?? think your kidding yourself there , credit is borrowed money, it isnt yours and if you earn so much then why didn't you save the money for it?, (interest rates are sh1te at present) you seem to have poor financial managment skills.
I am not even going to answer this. You do not have a clue. Fixed rate savings anyone? Anyone? Nuggat!leveller2911 wrote: »So why "is it always best to carry two credit cards", when you b1tch on about "unenforcability" , how banks are the satanist and yet you have 4 credit cards, you def have issues in your life...
How do I have issues? :rotfl::rotfl: Maybe you ought to change profession and become a psychic?leveller2911 wrote: »Most Normal people wouldnt even have a credit card if they,d had trouble with them, are you a masochist then???.
But i've never had trouble so dunno what you're on about - nuggat! I did spell that out last post for you.... maybe reading is something you should partake throughout half term?leveller2911 wrote: »What did we all do before credit cards were introduced NID??? yep thats right we saved up to buy things.
Eh? What planet are you on - you think i'm the only person that uses a credit card? Numpty! I have savings thank you very much, I also have 4 cards and 2 bank accounts - so effing what!leveller2911 wrote: »The money you earn "stoozing" NID is peanuts compared to the risk if your circumstances change, and if you have insurance against that then your earning £0 because its not free...
What? Who are you, my financial advisor? I have life insurance but then what would you know, this rant says it all - proficiency of a child!leveller2911 wrote: »Your no more inteligent than the thousands who have done it before and the vast majority have failed...

never-in-doubt, according to post 147 you have a salary in excess of £120K (£3K + £4K + £4K + £1K times 10). This is well inside the top 1% of earners. For such a high achiever and high earner, you do seem to spend a lot of time on this board in a state of indignation and anger, defending numpties who have taken on more debt than they can handle and are seeking an escape route. Fair enough; but if I was as wealthy as you I'd do something a lot more interesting with my time.Something doesn't quite stack up.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

I agree. The time it must take NID to split out each quote and comment on it individually IN EVERY THREAD must take up half his day alone!
NID - if you are happy coaching people on debt avoidance then go ahead. As for having 4 cards - you are a muppet. You are like the green protesters who still drive cars. If you hate the banks that much, why be a customer?
Stoozing is a waste of time - the effort expended is for little return and if your salary is as high as you claim, then it does not make sense why you are wasting your time on pennies.
Do you admit there are a large proportion of people out there who have overspent, been greedy, and are now looking for easy ways out? Is it right that you should help them? I'd be intrigued by your answer to this.
Would you be willing to state your actual salary for clarity?0
