Financial advice if you have been bankrupt and recently been discharged

I wonder if Martin could give some advice on the programme for people who are/have been bankrupt and recently (or not so recently) discharged. When he does the wallet workouts he says to switch to this or that account or cashback card but these are probably not so easy to come by as your credit rating would be so low. Any alternatives which ex-bankrupts can get so we can go money-saving too?
