With regard to the tel no. i'm sure i've read somewhere that 0845 is the same charge as a local call & not a premium rate.

0845 numbers are premium rate and cost more than a local call as I saw confirmed somewhere on this site - but I also used to work in telecoms so would probably know anyway

0845 is not premium rate - this is just local call rate to ensure everyone pays the same for the call wherever they are in the UK!!!! I'm sure it will be less than 10p which is worth it in my opinion.
