Pigsback must have a really stupid Email system.
I registered with one Email and it worked fine for a while, then no more Emails I contacted them many times to find out the problem but never did sort it.
I changed my Email and they worked again.
So now you are thinking I have it sorted, well I do in a way but they still keep sending me Emails on the address that is not registered with them now so I get it all double.
Who ever they employ to maintain the web site needs the boot, not only do they post wrong information and cant get the Email system right they also can't track a lot of things.
Anyway Rant over for another day.
PS
I hope piggy knows he is losing a lot of income from the crap operation of his site.0 -

They keep telling us that you didn't go through Pigsback to register with this partner etc. How about using your mobile phone to film the computer screen while you sign up/buy things, uploading it and send it in the email to Pigsback in 6 weeks when (obviously) the points haven't come through. I can't see how they could argue with that. What do you think? It's ridiculous that we have to even consider doing this when it's their job :mad:Official Norn Iron Club Member No. 119
