I was a NO from Rachel but admittedly I signed up in February (didnt realise the 100 points only came on in April)

Yeah, I had a NO too but I also knew the 100pp was not there when I signed up as I had the screen shots, but it was worth a try :)

I doubt very much that people will have points taken back from their accounts, that just sort of scares people if you don't mind my saying, so don't agree with that one I'm afraid. It stops us helping each other, every man for himself sort of thing, not to worry.

It was not my intention to try to "scare" people. I was merely offering a thought that had occured to me. We are all here to try and help each other and that is the nice thing about this website.

My response from Pigsback came from Rachel who stated that I was not eligible as I had joined Racecaller in March. Hopefully that helps and I really hope you are successful in getting the points credited - good luck! :j

Can I ask who's had replies, and who it was from at pigsback - both positive and negative from pigsback about the 100 points for registering with racecaller. I've had a reply from Laura, and it was a NO on getting the points. I would like to reply with information for her about which of her colleagues awards points and maybe she could talk with them. Thanks in advance everyone - maybe we'll get the same favourable reply if we're better armed!!

    Thank you for your email.

This offer became available in the first few days in April. Members who registered with Racecaller via this offer will be credited with their PiggyPoints at the beginning of next month, as per Terms and Conditions on this offer page:

PiggyPoints will be credited within the first week of the following month

However members who registered before this offer was on Pigsback.co.uk are not eligible for PiggyPoints.

    Kind Regards,

    Laura

Grrrrr I'm not happy about the response regarding A&L (see above) especially as they are now saying that I must have used another affiliate site for it- those that had problem getting their A&L points did any of you apply towards the end of January (around the 22nd)???

I opened my A&L account around 23 February but same as you not received my points. I've emailed Pigsback, the first response said that my transaction was not on the file (surprise, surprise!). I was asked to confirm whether i'd had any difficulties during the opening of the account and whether it was completed online. Well the account was an esaver, not sure if it can be opened any other way. The second email from Lynn (i think) said she would flag it up with a colleague and get back to me, that was a couple of days ago so I eagerly await the next email.

They surely can't keep coming up with excuses to their members regarding missing points. They must realise that we can't all have made an error by not going through Pigsback, not being logged in propertly, used a different cashback site or whatever. They should have a look at the tracking system.

I'm new to Pigsback but whether or not I end up getting my A&L points, I can't see me trusting their systems enough to make purchases etc through them in future, this one transaction that i've made and the trouble others have had with this and other transactions has been enough to put me off. Maybe I will just use it for CTs, Racecaller and other small stuff.

Please don't stop giving us tips, I am absolutely hopeless and if it wasn't for you and Nar I would go for the nicest colour hat! -maybe why I don't win.

So thanks to both of you for your help and keep up the good work. We never expect a winner - if that was the case you would both be very rich and not have time to go on this forum. But its great to have a bet, after all we have nothing to loose.

PS. Need a tip for tomorrow please, or it's going to have to be any 'pink' hat X;)
