Unfortunately they cannot use the screenshot as proof of joining through Pigsback and need the exact date as well (Quel surprise! :mad: ). I have sent an e-mail to Nescafe Pick-me-ups via the Contact Us link on their web page to see if they can confirm the date I joined and that it was through Pigsback. Guess that's our only hope now! Fingers crossed!!!

Update!
Just dawned on me that I would find the date of registration from my Piggybank showing when I did the CT as I signed up on that day from the link. Have copied and pasted the Piggy Bank info into a further e-mail to Rachel. Hope she can now give me my points, too!

Has anybody ordered HQhair vouchers through Pigsback before? I tried to order some earlier, but although the order seemed to be successful it is not showing in my Piggybank. Does it take a couple of days to process and do I get sent a code via email?
