Pension and changing jobs

I currently have a stakeholder pension with friends provident, annual fee 0.81%, with my current job. I will be finishing there and moving to a new job in a few weeks with no pension plan (until after 2 years).
In the meantime, I am wondering what is the best thing to do about pension contributions.
The options I think I have are:
continue paying into stakeholder
Take out a SIPP
Put money into S&S ISA
Put money into high interest savings account/ regular saver?
Can anyone offer opinions / pros / cons on each of these... obviously not looking for financial advice as such, just information.

Thanks Ed. From that I think the best thing to do, if I want to pay around £100 a month is to use a stocks and shares ISA.0
