I want a large dustbin / storage

We are a large family and have a lot of waste and find we fill up 3 dustbins and have black bags resting on top of the lids.
Where can I get a large bin that I can get more waste into, it can be a storage bin rather than dustbin as I carry the black bags out of this on dustbin day. I just want something I can get all my waste in without having cats being able to get at excess bags.

i saw Costco had the plastic type that could fit 2 large bins with storage at the side if you are a member think they were about 70 quid0
