Evening LJ! I knew you'd been away for a bit, but youve got a 3 year old???? :rotfl:
eh no!
tonight is the first night I'm babysitting for a friends daughter in exchange for money for driving lessons. poor little toot keeps asking if mummy will be back in a minute and that I should tell her mummy that she's been a good boy (not a typo hahaha) and she need cuddles and kisses and to be carried.

Seems tame on here tonight, considering Bunny's on the absolut! Might have a glass of vino my self, so's not to be rude of course.I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

good to see you too len, hows it going???
just had a small disaster here! I lit a few candles so it wasn't too dark if the wee one woke up...then all of a sudden I hears a noise like water poring down behind me, turn around and one of the candles was actually on fire! threw a damp cloth over it but I've now got candle wax all over my laminate flooring! devastated!0 -

Hi All, Not been on here in a while, I hope you don't mind me joining in. Just saw your message Lynsayjane if you leave the wax to dry and your very careful you can proberbly scrap it off. Hope the damage isn't too bad! If not that then the old brown paper and iron trick might work!Just trying to be me.....0 -
I've ust been scraping it with a wooden spatula thingy, it's taken off the bit that went everywhere while I was trying to put it out. I'll deal with the rest in the morning when I can get stuff out the shed.
And of course your welcome to join in the friday night banter, thats how we all cope wiht not going out at the weekend!0
