Endowment selling offer ?

Hi
Further to my earlier posts i have been offered a valuation on my Friends Provident endowment.
FP had offered a surrender value of £10103
AAPL have offered to buy it for £10560
The policy has a min cash sum of £10654 value with 3 years 6 month to go on a £16416 policy.
Is this a fair price in the market place.
Just a quickie on mortgage overpayments. My lender allows 499 on top of interest payments a month, but it is recalculated once a year in january is monthly this the best way to do it as if i wait till January for a lump payment i can only pay off 10% off the remaining ammount owing.
