Also, I had a £20 voucher from Pigsback which I apparently can't use on any case or mix under £65. But I emailed and kicked up a stink because on the T&C on pigsback for it, it says £50. So they've said they'll override the system and let me have the £20 off a case of £50 or more :beer:

I've added 3 of the £1 and a fine selection of other wines, most about £7 a bottle, and with the £20 I'll get them for less than £3 each! happy days :j

I'm about to ring them now, we'll see if they let me have the 3 bottles at a quid aswell as this £20 off......... will report back.......

The offer on pigsback for £20 off virgin wines says it ends 30th September, so it's worth a shot.

Just rang and ordered. No problem at all. Got a confirmation email so I now get my 200 pigsback points too! I got:

Which after discount and inc. £4.99 delivery came to £38.45 so £2.95 per bottle (blimey)

If you take the wines at full price, the total should have been £72.89!

Have you got a link for this offer or is it tailored for you? I regularly get these offers from virgin wines as I have never made a purchase either. Didn't recieve this one but £2.50 a bottle is a bargain! Well Done!

OOOPS Just noticed - it is £2.57 BEFORE delivery, after it's £2.97. Still good though!

Sent an email but I've no idea how long it will take them to reply. Tried phoning just there but the person I got through to just told me that Virgin's terms had changed. In other words, sorry you'll just have to make your case over £65! :mad:

I'll kick up a fuss over email if they don't help me out!

If you actually go ahead with the pigsback offer, and get to the stage where it'll show on your account (assuming it does. I got a screen on the virgin wine website saying I was entitled to £20 off) Then email them explaining that the terms and conditions of the voucher you have got state a minimum £50 spend. (You can cut and paste the pigsback screen that says this if it'll help them)

I can't guarantee they'll do the same as they did with me, of course

In my email I politely but disgruntledly told them I felt I was being ripped off, as every case I thought was good enough value to start being thier customer with wouldn't let me use a voucher. And I thought it was only the more expensive cases that seemed able to have the voucher.

As I say - I cannot guarantee they'll do the same - but I think it's worth a shot. In my order confirmation email from them, I have a voucher to "forward to a friend" that says they get £20 off a first order with a minimum £50 spend. And their terms and conditions on site state a £65 minimum order spend unless otherwise stated. And both the pigsback and that offer state a £50 minimum.

The Pinot Grigio at £1 a pop is great anyway

It should just be there - top right, quite a big offer - assuming you're a brand new customer.

Of course it's not on my screen now as I've bought from them so I can't say for sure it's there for anyone anymore.
