Tesco 150 bonus points on Johnsons wipes

The Tesco shop I went to in Glasgow had the sign up for the extra 150 Club Card Points.

I had a laugh with Customer Services when I wanted the extra points.

In the end, I got them added yet I keep asking myself what I am going to do with 256 of them.

The Tesco I went to originally said
"150 extra points when you buy one pack of 128 wipes"

Went back today for more, and the sign had been removed..

I bought one pack (as I did last week), and no points were added.
I went to CS and she just said 'Maybe they have stopped the extra points'

I just got a refund on them, as I dont really need wipes.

I wonder if they took the original sign down because they're sorting out if you have to buy one 128 pack, or two.
Will look again when I next go.

I went to Congleton store today & got one pack of wipes, offer still on shelf! No points added......miserable sod at CS said that they would be added later.......dont believe her, had dealings with her before!
Think I might ring somewhere.......not same store though, no point if I'm gonna end up talking to her! Any ideas on number? On receipt? Will go look!

You won't want to ring the number on the receipt as that will be the store. You want to make out you've spoken to Dundee Customer Service.

No need to ring them though, just go back instore & say you have phone Dundee Customer Service and they told you to claim them at the CS desk as there has been an error with this offer. The points will not be added later unless the store add them.

If they narrow their eyes and question you further or try to give you the old line about the points being added later, say you know that won't happen as you remember the last time this offer was on (a few months ago) and the points are supposed to show separately on the receipt as 'johnsons points' like they did then. Say Dundee confirmed it.

This happened to me too!(at a different store though) The woman on CS said they would be added later, I was sure this was not the case so will be returning shortly...

They did have 2 shelf labels with Johnsons wipes, one said buy 2 packs but the other didn't specify an amount so I took the wipes from the non specified amount.

I have just rang the clubcard helpline and they didn't say that the points wouldn't be added, they said to ring tomorrow to see if they have been added. If they haven't then I'll take it from there.

You now have to buy 2 of these packs..went today to tescos the 150 points added onto my reciept there and then. Not such a great offer so only bought 2 packs.
