Tax Code Question

in Cutting tax
In this new tax year instructions are giving by HMRC to increase tax codes by 21 unless a form P9 (T) has been received. We have 1 employee on a T code as she has another job. I can't seem to find anything relating to amending/increasing T codes on HMRC website.
Does anyone know where I can find any info on this?

The instruction to increase codes would have advised which suffix letters to increase and by how mutch.
If the tax office want this code increasing they will advise you on an individual notice. The T code is used for cases where the tax office need to look at individuals and decide if the code needs to change, and if it does, by how mutch.0
