Changing Mortgage

Hi all,
We took our mortgage out with G-Mac in March 2007, who subsequently sold it on to Mortgage Agency Services #5 in September 2007. When it comes to the end of the fixed rate in March 09, what are the chances of getting another fixed rate with these? My guess is that they are just a business owning mortgages and therefore not in a position to offer remortgages etc.
