Found an alternative to adding oil (yuk) to chocolate, and to using expensive specially made "fountain choc" - I use a can of evaporated milk instead of oil, and it works really well and tastes great. Unfortunately, I can't give you exact quantities as I'm a "make it up as you go along/ taste to see if it's OK" person. Have a go!

For extra calories + sickliness, try small pieces of fudge in your choc fountain.

I agree with Super_Dad about the cleaning up. I also agree they are great fun and every home with children should have one!

My DD1 bought me one for Christmas. We used it - great! I cleaned up. We used it next night for a dinner party - great! She cleaned up.

We put the remaining left over chocolate in a bowl. On the next night I suggested using it again. She melted the chocolate over hot water and we dipped into the bowl. Ah well...
